Cancellation Policy

At PhotoJournal World we begin processing and customizing your order shortly after it's placed to ensure fast delivery and high-quality results. Because of this, we have a limited window for cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided that:

The order has not entered production
The order is not already packed or shipped

Please include your order number in the email subject line.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

More than 1 hour has passed since the order was placed.
The product has already been sent for production.
The order includes custom/personalized items already designed or printed

Because our products are made-to-order (e.g., printed photo books, customized frames), once production begins, the order is final and non-cancellable.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
